Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Sales Gallery Coordinator located in Las Vegas, Nevada, within the hospitality industry. As a Sales Gallery Coordinator, you will be tasked with ensuring excellent customer service, coordinating with various departments, and managing various administrative tasks.Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external guests. Facilitate coordination between the Sales and Marketing Departments. Handle all incoming phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate employees. Manage daily attendance and training attendance tracking. Be responsible for setting and updating various sales rotations daily. Assist with the issuance of premiums and reconcile them nightly. Coordinate transportation for guests and materials between our multiple locations. Ensure the café and refreshment areas are well-stocked and clean. Check in guests for their sales presentation and assign appropriate team members. Assist guests with their vacation plans, including arranging for shows and dinners. Process reimbursements for Taxi/Uber/Parking to internal and external guests. Maintain accurate customer records and take appropriate action based on monitoring customer accounts. Requirements Prior experience in a hospitality or sales role is beneficial Proficient in basic office skills including use of Microsoft Office Suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in hospitality or sales is a plus.
