Description Position Overview:As an SCCM System Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's desktop infrastructure and deployment processes. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all client and server systems are secure, up-to-date, and optimized for high performance. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing the gaming experience by ensuring reliability and efficient system management.Key Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, and maintain SCCM infrastructure and related solutions.
Develop, implement, and oversee system updates, patches, and software deployment using SCCM.
Manage software distribution packages, updates, and compliance baselines.
Monitor and ensure the health and performance of SCCM and client devices.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and processes.
Collaborate with IT and development teams to support applications, system upgrades, and testing.
Troubleshoot and resolve SCCM client and server issues.
Optimize the SCCM environment to improve efficiency and user experience.
Ensure the company’s gaming systems meet security and compliance standards.
Provide technical expertise and support for end-user issues related to system configurations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of experience as an SCCM System Engineer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of SCCM/MECM architecture, deployment, and management.
Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell for task automation.
Familiarity with patch management and application packaging.
Experience in maintaining secure environments and adhering to industry best practices.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage projects independently.
Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
