The Community Relations Senior Manager for Wynn Resorts will be responsible for supporting the company’s efforts to engage and support the Southern Nevada and designated Massachusetts communities.Various charitable initiatives serve to enhance the company’s role as a community leader and provide ongoing support to underserved communities.  This position is responsible for execution of plans that engage employees and harness company resources to meet community needs.   This unique role requires a highly motivated self-starter, flexibility, a creative and critical thinker, and a passion for community and impacting the lives of others. Responsibilities include but are not limited to executing plans that engage employees, harness the company’s resources to meet community needs, and supports long-term development strategies.Job Responsibilities: Cultivate new relationships with the community and nonprofit organizations, supports to elevate existing relationships Conducts research and creates detailed plans aligned with the Company’s community relations and charitable strategiesDesigns programs for an employee giving campaign across stateside operationsManages portfolio of prospective and current employee donors, responsible for growth in portfolio participationResponsible for creation and implementation of donor relations program including annual appreciation programsSupports the Vice President of Community Relations in implementing the Company’s key community relations and charitable strategies across the corporationInterfaces with executive leadership ensuring a high level of confidentiality and discretionCollaborates with departments and key internal stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment for community priorities  Support projects including but not limited to: annual corporate reports, large scale volunteer events, etc.Assists with the Wynn Resorts Foundation Scholarship program including volunteerism initiatives and alumni trackingProvides support for the Wynn Resorts Community Grant Fund including donor cultivation and grant processesActively contributes to the departmental performance, accuracy, confidentiality, and thoroughness of departmental policies and procedures; records and reportsBalances multiple priorities simultaneously and meets deadlines, often in stressful and high-pressure situations
