IGT has over 12,000 employees.Position OverviewThe Account Manager for Northern California is responsible for achieving annual revenue goals across multiple product lines, cultivating relationships with key customers in the geography, managing resources and managing internal administrative tools related to forecasting and client relationship management. This position reports to the Director of Sales based in San Francisco, California. Responsibilities

Responsible for consistently achieving annual revenue targets through sales activities in Northern California by proposing solutions, negotiating pricing and term agreements and closing the deals.

Bring IGT solutions to customers through knowledge of all IGT products and services, including game hardware, game software, Class II, Poker, Megajackpots, ETG, Sports Betting, and the Advantage System and Bonusing

Develop and execute business plans for each customer in Northern California

Ability to work independently with business goals in mind, strong organizational and time management skills.

Work collaboratively with IGT internal partners (PMM, Systems, GOM, Product Management, Marketing, inside sales, AP, AR, Legal, Finance, field services, sales operations).

Develop and own relationships at all levels of the customer organization; identify key decision makers and foster executive level relationships between IGT leadership and critical customer contacts

Prioritize activities with a focus on customer engagement and revenue attainment

Respond in a timely manner to customer concerns, questions and requests

Develop financial proposals working with DDEC (IGT Finance team) to maximize customer purchases and secure/grow existing Game Operations and systems business

Maintain current knowledge of competitive landscape; share findings within IGT organization

Analyze and monitor IGT game performance, sharing data internally. Use IGT performance tools to anticipate game adjustments in the field.

Use Salesforce to build opportunity funnel and manage accurate revenue forecasts, maintain customer activities.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree

5+ years of successful outside sales experience in software, systems or electronics/equipment sales (or equivalent) with proven track record of success

Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills to effectively articulate the features and functions

Able to multitask in an environment heavy with cross functional teams

Proven problem solving skills

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Must be able to obtain gaming licenses in all required jurisdictions

Proven consultative selling and relationship management skills

Persuasiveness and sales closing ability

Ability to travel frequently for in-person customer visits

Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Power Point

Must be able to pass a background check and have a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce.com, Concur, Xactly, Seismic
