The Protective Services Detail (PSD) Supervisor serves as a shift-level operational supervisor responsible for the execution, readiness, and oversight of assigned Protective Services operations. This position provides direct supervision to Protective Services personnel, ensures consistent deployment and disciplined field execution, and supports a centralized command structure within the Protective Services Detail.The PSD Supervisor reports to the Protective Services Manager and is accountable for day-to-day operational leadership, incident response coordination, and supervisory oversight of assigned posts and details. During critical incidents, this role may serve in a field supervisory or tactical leadership capacity as designated, ensuring alignment with established incident command structures and senior leadership direction.This position reinforces operational discipline, use-of-force governance as applicable, and compliance with regulatory requirements and department policy, while maintaining Forbes Five-Star service standards in a high-risk, high-liability environment.Essential DutiesProvide shift-level supervision of assigned Protective Services Detail operations, maintaining responsibility for consistent execution of post orders, special assignments, and directed operational objectives.Direct and supervise assigned PSD personnel to ensure readiness, disciplined deployment, and consistent field execution; reinforce standards for appearance, conduct, radio procedure, and documentation.Coordinate and implement executive protection support and high-profile security operations in accordance with Wynn policy and Protective Services direction.Serve in a field supervisory capacity during critical incidents when designated, including weapons-related events, violent encounters, disturbances, evacuations, and other high-risk incidents, ensuring alignment with established incident command structures.Coordinate incident response activities with Hotel Security, Corporate Investigations, Crisis Management, Hotel Operations, and external law enforcement (e.g., LVMPD) as required to resolve incidents, support investigations, and maintain scene management protocols.Assist the Protective Services Manager with staffing models, deployment plans, and operational coverage by reviewing daily assignments, managing emergent coverage issues, and recommending adjustments based on threat, event, and business needs.Oversee post-incident debriefs and after-action reviews for assigned shift incidents, ensuring corrective action, coaching, and accountability as appropriate.Review incident reports and supervisory documentation for accuracy, completeness, and policy alignment; complete use-of-force and related reviews as required and elevate concerns through the appropriate chain of command.Support risk management efforts by identifying hazards, implementing safety measures, conducting risk assessments, and addressing issues contributing to employee injury or operational exposure.Utilize department systems to track attendance, scheduling, overtime justification, incident reporting, credentials/licensing status, and inventory/equipment accountability.Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and development of assigned personnel; provide coaching and feedback to reinforce performance expectations and professional growth.Promote a culture of professionalism, discipline, accountability, and service excellence consistent with Forbes Five-Star standards and Wynn values.Perform other duties as assigned by the Protective Services Manager, Assistant Director, Executive Director, or Vice President.
