Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking 4 highly skilled Casino Operations Trainers to join our casino gaming client's team. This role is pivotal in ensuring their clients operational needs are met through effective training and support. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of casino operations, including cage, slot operations, and the software that supports these niche areas. As a Casino Operations Trainer, you will complete tasks such as conducting interview meetings with clients to understand their operational needs and design customized training curriculums. You will validate system deployments in customer labs, troubleshoot issues with software engineers, and provide ongoing support, including quality assurance tasks. Staying updated on best practices in the casino industry and applying this knowledge to training and support activities will be crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint and Excel.  Experience providing go-live support.  Knowledge of best practices in the casino industry and the ability to configure systems accordingly.  Experience in interviewing clients and stakeholders to gather operational requirements.Technical and quality assurance skills to ensure systems are set up and functioning correctly. nullWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
