Technical Support Specialist

Honeywell Buildings Technology (HBT) is a leader in building automation, fire, security, energy management, and software. Our vast base of service customers expects us to provide lifecycle upgrades and other solutions that improve the performance of their facilities. Our approach begins by working with the end customer to identify and prioritize their desired outcomes. The TSS will help both customers and field personnel select and define use cases that will achieve those outcomes. The TSS will work with existing Service customers, together with our internal teams, including spot, service operations and sales in the ideation of improvements, and then drive to scope, estimate, propose and close modernization and renewal works within our account base. RESPONSIBILITIES Main job responsibilities included but not limited to:

Directly drive efforts for orders growth on SSJ, RQ, and Services Contract business

Work with Services Account Managers, Vertical Account Managers, Field Service Supervisors, and Field Service Professionals to identify potential services opportunities, contribute to create a healthy pipeline (at least 3x of assigned quota) and assist at all stages of the sales process as needed to help drive successful outcomes

Support assigned Profit Centers to achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) SSJ and RQ orders and revenue

Provide an accurate monthly forecast using information from NEX platform

Coordinate with HBS Services Leaders (SBL/FSS), FSP and P&E in completing the proposal / estimate

Work with sales and FSS/site personnel to get required site data

Visit customer sites and perform job walks if required for estimating purposes

Provide value to our Service customers by engaging in technical discussion leading to site improvements

Using detailed customer specifications and requirements, prepare Scope Of Work (SOW) / RFQ as needed to identify required proposal content

Communicate solutions to internal and external customers in an easily understood manner

Learn quickly and think independently

Multi-task in a deadline driven environment

Other responsibilities as determined by operations leadership

Travel 25%

The salary range for this position is $106,000 - $133,000. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.In addition to a competitive salary, leading-edge work, and developing solutions side-by-side with dedicated experts in their fields, Honeywell employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
