Vendor Management Supervisor - US Based Remote

Vendor SupervisorThe Vendor Supervisor will report to the National Services Manager for Anywhere Integrated Services National Operations Center. This role will be responsible to facilitate and maintain relationships between National Operations and vendors/partners. Along with negotiating contracts, creating standards for the vendors, and finding the best available vendors to support our operations.Job responsibilities:

Ensures successful national vendor management implementations including workflow process development, performance metric development and maintenance, operational issue management resolution for ongoing relationships, planned initiatives to achieve cost savings for direct operations or national centralization initiatives.

Establish and maintain national agreements including SOWs and MSAs and national BPO with a responsibility to track, measure, report and evaluate vendor performance for assigned implementations.

Support existing vendor and SOW updates and provide training to local teams to ensure compliance and standardization.

Negotiating product pricing and contracts

Ensure company requirements for due diligence and risk assessment monitoring are being accomplished.

Troubleshoot vendor problems.

Collaborate with IT to assure vendor partners are effectively managed and maintained access to our systems.

Support to explore expansion across new business lines.

Qualifications

Prior experience managing the vendor lifecycle for multiple vendor partners preferred.

Experience in a high-volume sales or process heavy service operations environment (call center, fulfillment, logistics, etc.) or industry/domain experience (mortgage, real estate, brokerage)

Strong communication skills

Experience driving measurable improvements in service levels and delivering cost optimization initiatives.

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Strong analytical and negotiation skills

Good research skills

Basic computer skills

Ability to multitask and attention to detail

Quick decision making and problem-solving skills
