Key Responsibilities:Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the IT operations and shared services teams. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.  IT Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of IT systems, including network, servers, storage, IaaS, and applications. Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT infrastructure (24x7x365).  Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.  Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors and service providers. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.  Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT operations and shared services budget. Monitor expenses and optimize resource allocation to achieve financial goals.  Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect IT assets and data.  Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation. Implement new technologies and practices to enhance IT operations and service delivery.
