The Daylife and Nightlife Apprentice Bartender / Marketing Model is responsible for assisting the Bartenders while providing superior guest service. Service should be consistent with Forbes 5 Star Standard rating. All duties and assignments are to be performed according to departmental and Wynn company standards.Job Responsibilities:Assisting Bartender to serve beverages, food and amenities in all areas of the pool andnightclubDaily stocking and set up/breakdown of bar areaKeep bar top, service station and work areas clean and organizedMaintain a clean and hygienic workstation in accordance with Clark County Health standardsResponsible for practicing, supporting and promoting the Company Service StandardsResponsible for the daily set up of the bars and service areas before the venue opensResponsible for the daily breakdown of the bars and service areas as the venue closesAssist guests with requests, offering appropriate alternatives and seeking assistance when necessaryConsistently deliver exceptional service to every guest while interacting and entertaining in a professional mannerMaintain opening, running and closing service equipment par, product and supply parEnsure proper rotation of all liquor, beer, wine and consumable itemsRecognize and acknowledge when guests are becoming intoxicated and/or are intoxicatedEnsure daily/nightly opening and closing duties are completedAdhere to and enforce company specific safety and health department policies/proceduresReport any incidents or violations to managementFollow all designated emergency proceduresAttend required trainingsMarketing and promoting pool and nightclub events both on property and on Social Media platformsMaintain social platforms as indicated by management and participate in marketing campaigns via social media
