Assistant General Manager
We are seeking a talented, hardworking, upbeat Assistant General Manager who possesses excellent customer service skills and is a compassionate leader. Please have at least two years' experience in a similar position.
You’ll oversee the operation of the entire property in accordance with Company’s vision and mission. We are a busy gaming tavern serving excellent food, open 24/7. This is a non-bartending position.
Routine duties include:
Daily paperwork
Liquor inventory
Hitting budgetary goals
Scheduling
Hosting parties
Training, coaching, developing staff
Promotional events
Maintaining “A” SNHD status
Overseeing BOH
Employer paid medical and dental for employee after 90 days (select plans). Paid vacation and 401(k) available after one year.
