Beverage Supervisor

We are looking for a self-motivated, success-oriented Beverage Supervisor with a positive, can-do anything attitude. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has at least two years of experience in a full-time food/beverage management position. As a Beverage Supervisor, you will oversee operations of the bars with an emphasis on paying attention to detail, service standards, and overall shift supervision. Assists with multiple bars, inventory ordering and management, employee placement, overall operations, replenishment, and development of staff. Assists in maintaining attendance policies. Maintains a clean and safe working environment.

Nightlife Management Responsibilities:

Maintain a superior nightclub operation.

Oversees operation with an emphasis on paying attention to detail, service standards, and overall shift supervision.

Assists with floor management employee placement, overall operations, replenishment, and development of staff.

Assists in maintaining attendance policies.

Maintains a clean and safe working environment.

Leads all employees in such a manner as to obtain the best service at all times, a maximum work efficiency, and the highest level of quality.

Uses good judgment, common sense, and fairness in decisions with all.

Nightlife Management Skills/ Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, expression of a professional and well-groomed appearance, set high standards, and consistently exceed them.

Highly professional and outgoing with an ability to lead/train/develop/motivate others to be a winning team!

Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

Demonstrate the ability to prioritize with a high degree of accuracy along with unparalleled time management skills and response time

Requires an understanding of high-level serving procedures, standards, and the ability to comprehend and communicate.

Nightlife Management Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a high-volume, upscale food and beverage and/or nightclub and or/ gentlemans club environment required.

High School Diploma required - Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

Ability to problem solve.

Ability to develop project plans, manage difficult customer situations, balance team and individual responsibilities, and delegate work assignments.

Must display passion and optimism; Inspire respect and trust.

Must be a true leader of people.

Must be able to operate under high-stress levels.

May be required to lift or move up to 50 lbs using proper lifting techniques and withstand long hours on your feet in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Non-typical office hours will be customary, including evenings into early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
