DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare high-quality food items using standardized recipes and instructions
Serve meals with proper portioning, ensuring food meets standards for taste and temperature
Clean kitchen after meal preparation and maintain cleanliness standards
Store or discard excess food following safe food-handling guidelines
Keep refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized
Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely
Assist with production planning, ordering, and record keeping
Report maintenance needs, faulty equipment, or accidents promptly
Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and managers
Ensure compliance with HACCP standards and safety protocols
REQUIREMENTS:
Commitment to safety, using protective equipment as required (e.g., gloves, oven mitts)
Adhere to company policies, including the use of slip-resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
