Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into our systems, ensuring information is organized and accessible. The ideal candidate is focused, efficient, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter data into databases and systems with accuracy and attention to detail
- Review and verify information for errors or discrepancies
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Organize and manage large amounts of data, ensuring data is complete and accurate
- Follow up with relevant teams or individuals to clarify missing or unclear information
- Perform other clerical duties as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or similar software
- Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Previous data entry experience is a plus but not required
