Maxan Jazz Club & Sushi Restaurant is hiring an experienced Kitchen Chef with a background in Japanese cuisine to join our kitchen crew. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s dependable, skilled, and ready to work in a high-energy, upscale environment.
Schedule:
Shift: 4:30 PM – 10:30 PM
5 days a week from Thursday to Monday
Location: 4130 S Decatur Blvd, Las Vegas (Spring Oaks Center)
Compensation:
$20 - $22 per hour (depending on experience) + tips and dinner
Responsibilities:
Prepare and plate Japanese fusion dishes with consistency and speed
Follow recipes and presentation standards
Keep station clean, organized, and stocked
Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and management
Maintain food safety and sanitation protocols at all times
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Japanese restaurant kitchen
Must have own knife set and own car
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Must speak fluent English
Must have a valid Nevada Health Card
Must be dependable, energetic, and ready to move quickly
