Are you an experienced Kitchen Manager looking to join a team that serves up mouthwatering BBQ? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented leader to oversee the kitchen operations at one of our many locations.
This is a full-time position requiring evening and weekend/holiday availability to meet the demands of a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities:
Manage daily kitchen operations, including prep, line, and pit teams
Maintain high standards for food safety, quality, and cleanliness
Train and develop kitchen staff to ensure consistency and efficiency
Work collaboratively with front-of-house staff to provide and exceptional guest experience
Manage inventory, food costs, and scheduling
Qualifications:
Previous kitchen manager experience required (BBQ experience is a plus)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to handle high-pressure, high-volume situations with a calm demeanor
Passionate about creating great food and fostering a team-oriented atmosphere
MUST have valid Food Handlers Card
Valid driver's license is a MUST
