Duties
Must have valid health card and transportation.
Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards.
Operate POS systems such as Aloha and Micros for order processing and payment transactions.
Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
Assist with kitchen cleaning and ensuring a tidy restaurant environment.
Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality of food served.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient food truck operations.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant is preferred.
Culinary experience is a plus, along with knowledge of food preparation techniques.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
Familiarity with POS systems (square) is advantageous.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math applications.
Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated when necessary.
