FRY COOK - Full Time

Job Summary:

Prepare food consistent with recipes, menus, and standards; and ensure proper handling of all food-in-process items and the proper presentation of all prepared items.

Qualifications:

1. One to two years of cooking experience, Experience in pantry-worker, prep-cook, fry-cook, egg-cook, and broiler-cook.

2. Must be dependable and reliable to work when scheduled and to function productively.

Essential Functions:

1. Ensures that food is cooked and properly presented using the standard product and recipe.

2. Ensure the quality, quantity, and eye-appealing presentation of all menu items.

3. Ensure the proper store and handle of all food products, and promote safe and sanitary food handling.

4. Maintain the work area and kitchen equipment clean and orderly.

Physical Demands:

Ability to work standing for eight hours, and must have the endurance to function in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.

Must be able to lift 35 lbs
