Bobby Mao's Chinese Kitchen & Mexican Cantina is looking for Full-Time Bartender
Here are the requirements:
- MUST have at least one year of experience (within the past 2 years), and you will be tested on the spot
- MUST be available to work late nights (till 3-4am), weekend is a MUST
- The positions requires you to stand on your feet for more than 5 hours, and be able to lift more than 20 lbs
- Work with other bartenders as a team (for the bar or service bar)
- Must have own transportation
- Knowledge of POS
- Have current Health & TAM cards
- Professional appearance
- NO attitudes or dramas
Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):
- Perform opening/closing bar duties (i.e. wiping bottles and speed racks)
- Take out the trash at the end of the night
- Handle checkout cash transactions
- Inform owners on inventory levels (especially for the weekends)
- MUST deep clean the bar once a week
