Job Duties & Workplace Expectations
Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards
Set up and maintain a clean and organized cooking station
Follow proper cooking techniques and safety procedures
Handle and store food items according to health department standards
Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service
Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
Handle large workloads efficiently and work well under pressure
Additional Responsibilities
Cleaning Duties:
Every team member contributes to cleanliness, including:
Cleaning bathrooms, parking lots, tables, and floors
Sweeping, mopping, and maintaining sanitation
Following Health Department protocols
