Overview: ATN Event Staffing is seeking energetic and dependable Event Staff for 2 upcoming conferences. As part of our team you will be providing general event support. We offer a flexible schedule that allows you to select dates/shifts that align with your availability and schedule.
Rate: $20.00/hr
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Dates:
Accounting Conference: Sunday, October 27th - Wednesday, October 30th
Web Services Conference: Saturday, November 30th - Friday, December 6th
Shift times and duration vary per role and shift. Most shifts are 7-12 hrs. Please discuss your availability with the staffing team when interviewing. We will do our best to place you in your preferred shift.
A brief paid training is provided on each event day and staff may be rotated between roles as needed
Job Duties
- Greet attendees and ensure a smooth check-in process
- Provide directional and guide attendees to key areas
- Operate badge scanners to verify attendee credentials
- Prepare and distribute event swag and branded promotional materials
- Assist with sales and payment processing as needed
- Manage and organize lines to ensure efficient crowd flow
- Serve as stage ushers to help attendees find their seats
Qualifications:
Exhibit an outgoing and friendly demeanor, consistently upholding a professional image
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, brand ambassadorship, and/or customer service is a plus
Advancement Opportunities: Successful candidates may be considered for future roles within this program and other similar high-profile events.
Referral Program: We offer $25.00/per staff referral and have multiple openings available for this event.
