Job Title: General Manager (Single Store)
Department: Operations
Shift: 9am – 6pm (with 30 – 60 minute lunch) expected to work an efficient 45-55 hours a week.
Summary
▪ We expect you to know what is happening at your location at all times. Be Proactive and take ownership. Ensure that Your Store is running efficiently and effectively. We also expect clear and precise communication. Remember “The Buck Stops with You”.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
▪ Training new and current employees for potential growth.
▪ Completing Ordering/Inventory of food and equipment.
▪ Preparing weekly schedule and hiring for open positions.
▪ Preparing cash drawers, completing till audits and creating and delivering deposits.
▪ Scheduling regular and emergency maintenance and cleaning requests.
▪ Contributing to Sales goals by managing food cost, mitigating waste and controlling labor percentages.
▪ Demonstrate exemplary operations skills, including making quality products for our customers and ensuring each delivered product meets Makai standards.
▪ Responding to all customer concerns or issues.
▪ Understanding and complying with all Health and Safety Audits.
▪ Enforcing disciplinary action when needed.
▪ Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and managing a regular cleaning schedule.
Qualifications
▪ High School diploma or GED
▪ 1 Year customer service experience
▪ 1 Year management experience
▪ Serv Safe certification (May be obtained after hiring)
Compensation
▪ Salary: 38K-45K DOE
