Job Overview:

Master Kim's 3 (Spring Mountain) is seeking skilled Line Cooks and Prep Cooks to join our team. As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of various menu items. Your culinary expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant. Interviews and training will be at Master Kim's 2(Town Square).

Duties:

- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices

- Assist in cooking and plating dishes according to established recipes and standards

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food preparation

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area

- Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Assist with menu planning and recipe development as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in food preparation or culinary arts is preferred

- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods

- Proficiency in using kitchen equipment, such as knives, grills, and ovens

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
