Kamu Ultra Karaoke, the premier luxury private room karaoke lounge located inside The Palazzo at The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas, is seeking a talented and experienced Full-Time Sushi Chef to join our dynamic culinary team.
Position Details:
Location: The Palazzo Hotel, Las Vegas Strip
Schedule: Night shifts, 5 days a week
Compensation:
Base Salary: $4,500/month
Tips: Approximately $1,500+/month
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of professional sushi chef experience
Solid working knowledge of Western and fusion cuisines
Strong understanding of Southern Nevada Health District food safety and sanitation regulations
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment
