Join the crew in a growing Japanese pub committed to elevating the izakaya experience through chef-owner leadership. Everything from our style of food to the service itself is specifically curated for our worldwide clientele.
Located steps away from the MSG Sphere, Las Vegas Convention Center, and Las Vegas Strip, we pride ourselves in offering a dynamic yet accessible Japanese pub experience.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Food and beverage menu expertise
(Subject matter expert)
- maintain consistent and clear communication with BOH
- Upholding the restaurants quality and standards each and every service
- Must have a sense of urgency
- Provide genuine and authentic service
- Carry out duties including seating, serving, and occasionally bussing to assist in flow of service
- Table management skills
- Highly organized
- Hospitality centered common sense
Experience on a Japanese high volume restaurant setting PREFERRED, but not required
Paid training provided
Compensation:
Starting at 11.50/hr + Gratuity
