Winnie & Ethel's Downtown Diner in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Kitchen Runner to join our team 4 - 5 shifts weekly from 8 am - 8 pm daily. We are located in downtown Las Vegas at the Huntridge Shopping Center, 1130 E Charleston Blvd 140.

To support our kitchen and front-of-house teams by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food from kitchen to guest tables with speed, care, and professionalism.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Run food efficiently and accurately from kitchen to tables
Check orders for completeness and accuracy before delivering
Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
Assist with organizing plates, utensils, and garnishes
Maintain cleanliness of expo and food delivery areas
Restock and organize delivery supplies as needed
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Stand and walk for up to 6 hours
Regularly lift and carry up to 25 lbs
Work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
QUALIFICATIONS
18+ years old
Prior kitchen or restaurant experience a plus
Must have current SNHD Food Handler card
Excellent communication and time management skills
Legal right to work in the U.S.
