We are looking for a part time Production Associate to join our team. Currently available shifts are Monday (all day), Thursday afternoon, and all day on Saturday / Sunday. Starting pay is $16/hr, with opportunities for future growth.
Responsibilities:
- Correctly portion raw tofu curds into pans for further processing
- Strictly follow appropriate cleaning methods for production equipment and your station
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Maturity - solid interpersonal skills and ability to work well as part of a team
- Reliability - the team needs every member to show up on time, every time
- Pride in your work - we look for people who care about excellence
- Enthusiasm and flexibility - we're a small and fast growing company with constant change. If that sounds fun, you'll probably like it here! If it sounds scary, you probably won't.
- Work experience in high-volume food production is strongly preferred, but not strictly required.
- Physical fitness - you will routinely need to lift up to 60lb, safely.
Compensation
Starting pay is $16/hr, with paid time off earned after the first 6mo, and lots of training and development. The company is growing fast, and we are delighted to promote from within when possible.
