Mama Maxie's Pizzeria in Henderson is looking for an outgoing, energetic Cashier/Server
Our Cashiers also Serve tables as well as assisting with preparing and packaging orders.
Customer Service:
Greet customers warmly and professionally. In person and over the phone.
Determine customer needs and take orders accurately.
Answer customer questions about menu items and specials.
Address customer concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Order Taking and Processing:
Take accurate customer orders, whether in person or over the phone.
Process payments using cash, credit cards, or other payment methods.
Ensure accurate cash handling and balancing of the cash register.
Food Preparation and Presentation:
Prepare and package food items according to company standards.
Ensure all food and drinks are prepared to company standards.
May assist with preparing food items or drinks.
Maintaining a Clean and Organized Workspace:
Keep the counter area, lobby, and other customer-facing areas clean and organized.
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
Other Responsibilities:
Assist with stocking items and restock supplies.
Bussing tables or cleaning up after customers.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications:
Friendly and outgoing personality.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Basic math skills.
Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Must be 21 yrs old and have or be able to obtain SNHD Health Card and a TAM Card.
