Position Overview:
As our Prep Cook, you will be a crucial member of our kitchen brigade, assisting in creating our distinctive dishes and maintaining the highest cleanliness and efficiency standards. Whether you're a seasoned pro or new to the kitchen, we provide the training you need to excel in your role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepping ingredients, sauces, and essential items, ensuring all dishes meet our high-quality standards.
- Upholding cleanliness and organization, following strict food safety guidelines.
- Collaborating with the team to facilitate seamless kitchen operations.
- Assisting in inventory management and communicating supply needs.
Qualifications:
-Experience in a kitchen environment preferred but not required.
-A passion for food and a willingness to learn.
-Strong communication and teamwork skills.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
-Spanish speaking is a plus but optional.
