Prep:
● Comfortable with knives
● Label and stock all food items on shelves so they can be organized easily
● Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen
● Follows the prep list on step by step on how to prep each item
● Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
● Load and unload dishwasher safely and efficiently
● Organize and manage all kitchen items and dishes
● Wash glassware and various kitchen items by hand, when needed
● Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
Must have current food handlers card from SNHD
