Uncle Paulie’s Deli is looking for a motivated Prep/Line Cook to join our team! We’re an East-Coast-style Italian-American deli known for great sandwiches and and genuine hospitality. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, detail oriented and good at working as a team.
Responsibilities:
Set up, stock, and maintain prep and line stations
Execute menu items quickly and consistently during service
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shift
Follow recipes and portion standards
Assist with catering prep when needed and end-of-day breakdown/clean-up
Communicate clearly with FOH and BOH team
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
. FOH experience is a plus
Qualifications:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work weekends
Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Food Handler’s Card (or willing to obtain one)
