Job Description:
A longstanding restaurant group is looking for an experienced FOH manager in Las Vegas region. Our restaurants have won multiple awards and recognition, and maintain a minimum 4.5 stars on Yelp!.
Perfect candidates would be able to send me a resume explaining any gaps in employment, and hopefully showing experience in a fast paced and ideally a breakfast type of restaurant. Candidates must be available to work full weekends. Joining this team is for someone with an "old school" style of management where you work in the front and your guests become your family. You should also have an eye for detail and atmosphere.
About Us:
Our managers should expect to work 5, 10-hour shifts each week, with a 30-minute break each day. Our steady schedule promises 2 consecutive days off, structure, and time for a personal life.
Applicants MUST have:
Multiple years of restaurant management experience
Proof of longevity on a resume
Weekend, holiday and 5 day/week availability
