Servers / Hosts / Expo
Greet and seat guests
Take orders, run food, manage tables
Deliver great customer service
Keep dining area clean and organized
Work well in a fast-paced environment
-BACK OF HOUSE-
Line Cooks / Prep Cooks
Prepare ramen, toppings, and side dishes
Follow recipes and maintain consistency
Perform daily prep (chopping, portioning, etc.)
Maintain kitchen cleanliness & food safety outlined in our Daily Ops and training guides.
Work efficiently during busy rushes
