1. Kitchen Manager & Pizza Station Cook
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain high food quality and consistency.
Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control.
Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring food safety compliance.
Work closely with the executive team to improve efficiency and innovation.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a kitchen leadership role (Italian cuisine experience preferred).
Strong organizational and management skills.
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and lead a team effectively.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
