Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team. As a Nurse Practitioner at Medi Weight Loss Clinic, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care, conducting assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations.
- Develop and implement personalized weight loss plans in collaboration with patients.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients on nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle modifications to support weight loss.
- Provide counseling and support to patients throughout their weight loss journey.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with clinic policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in [State].
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner/PA (e.g., ANCC, AANP).
- Previous experience in weight management, primary care, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
