Requirements:
2Step TB test or QuantiFERON Test
Annual Physical
CPR & First Aid
PCA Basic Training
Cultural Competency Course (8 hrs.) online
Fingerprints/Background Test done by the State.
Reliable Transportation.
Be at least 18 years age
MUST BE - Responsible, Reliable and Compassionate
