Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and assist with follow-up appointment scheduling.

Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks and communications.

Skills and Qualifications:
Ability to remain calm under pressure, even during high call volumes.
Proficient in using Internet and Microsoft Office; experience with Advanced MD EMR is a plus.
Excellent phone and office etiquette with clear and professional communication.
Strong documentation and process management skills.
Demonstrates flexibility and the ability to multi-task effectively.
Bilingual abilities are a plus.
