Are you an experienced Dental Insurance Biller looking to bring your skills to a supportive and passionate team? Our private dental practice, known for our long-standing and dedicated team members, is expanding and we are excited to welcome a new Billing Coordinator to our growing family.
Position: Full-Time Dental Insurance Biller
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:40 AM to 5:00 PM, with some Saturdays as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
-Patient Interaction: Check in patients, answer and make phone calls, and schedule appointments.
-Insurance Management: Verify insurance information, follow up on insurance claims, and post claim payments while making adjustments as needed.
-Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate and consistent billing processes from submission through payment.
-Additional Tasks: Assist with treatment planning if applicable.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Proven experience in dental insurance billing or a similar field.
Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle various administrative responsibilities with efficiency.
