Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator who is confident, personable, and highly knowledgeable in complex treatment planning. This role is essential in helping patients understand their treatment options and financial responsibilities while ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Present and coordinate treatment plans for All-on-X procedures, implants, and sedation cases
Verify PPO insurance benefits and create accurate breakdowns
Collaborate with clinical team to ensure seamless patient care
Educate patients on procedures, timelines, and financial options
Maintain detailed records and follow up on pending treatments
Support front office operations as needed
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in dental treatment coordination
Extensive knowledge of All-on-X procedures, dental implants, and moderate sedation
Proficient in PPO insurance verification and treatment planning
Strong communication and organizational skills
Strong typing and
Experience with Dentrix

Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in writing, using complete sentences with proper grammar and punctuation
