We are a newly opened hospice office dedicated to providing compassionate care and support to individuals and families facing end-of-life challenges. As we embark on this meaningful journey, we are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Administrator to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and courteously

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff and patients

Coordinate administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies

Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow

Uphold confidentiality and sensitivity in handling patient information and inquiries

Provide general administrative support to staff as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office suite)

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Compassionate and empathetic demeanor

Understanding of and commitment to the mission of hospice care
