Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and courteously
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff and patients
Coordinate administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow
Uphold confidentiality and sensitivity in handling patient information and inquiries
Provide general administrative support to staff as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office suite)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
