NLV Dental is a busy and growing practice that is in the need of a hard working associate that will help us grow and take care of our patients. Currently Dr. Thomas Trinh is looking for an associate that is willing to take over his patients to a trusting hand with a minimum of 3 year experience. You will have autonomy over your treatment plan.
Our high patient demand means that you will have a full and productive schedule. However, that doesn’t mean that your schedule will be slammed with patients. We believe in providing highly individualized care and attention to each patient. This means that you will have a patient schedule that is full and productive, but manageable.
Compensation is based on a percentage of production 27-33%
The right candidate for this office is someone who wants to thrive and grow into their career. They should be hard-working and willing to learn. They should be comfortable with crowns, bridges, Molar RCT, extractions and restorations. Experience with implants is a plus, but not required as we are happy to provide training and guidance.
Job Type: 2-3 days out of the week
We are contracted with all insurances; PPO, Medicaid, Culinary and Fee for Service. Modern Dental Offices with digital X-rays and CT system.
