Were looking to hire and train a Dental Implant Care Coordinator for our busy and growing implant dental practice. No experience in the dental field is necessary. Implant Care Coordinator Responsibilities:
Delivering outstanding customer experience
Answering phones with a smile and scheduling implant consultations
Delivering the new patient office tour
Ensure new patients have an exceptional first day experience in our practice
Handling new patient initial consultations and informational session
Assisting the doctors in the treatment plan presentation
Delivering financial plans for new patients
Following up with patient consultations and post treatment plans visits
