As the administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering A supportive environment for both pediatric patients their families and staff. REQUIRMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
State issued nursing home administrator license for Nevada.
Proven leadership experience in long term care setting.
Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations.
Excellent communication interpersonal skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations of the facility.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Oversee financial aspects, including budgeting and financial reporting.
Recruit, train, and supervise staff to deliver high quality care.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Collaborate with health care professionals to enhance patients’ wellbeing.
Implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality of care.
