I’m a Medical Assistant and have worked as a caregiver for the most vulnerable patients. I started caregiving for a friend with ALS in 2009. I’ve taken care of many patients in between then and now but ALS was the hardest.
With all this said, I’m looking for a respite caregiving job that allows me to work with families that just need time away. Families that are full time caregivers are desperate for reliable, competent care that allows them a chance to disconnect so they can recharge themselves.
I’m who you need. Not only do I have experience but am not needing a full time position where you feel obligated to keep me on when I’m truly not needed.
