Position
Optometric Technician (also known as a pretester). You’ll run pre-exam tests and imaging that give the doctor a clear picture before the exam. Part tech wizard, part concierge—keeping everything smooth, accurate, and elevated.
Responsibilities
Welcome patients and put them at ease
Run pre-exam tests: autorefractor, tonometry, retinal imaging, visual fields
Record results in our electronic health record
Prep exam rooms and keep equipment clean
Work with the doctor and optical team to keep the day flowing
Qualifications
No prior experience necessary — we provide full training
Friendly, polished communicator who thrives in a boutique, fast-paced setting
Detail-oriented and tech-curious
Dependable and punctual — you show up on time and can be counted on every shift
Reliable transportation to get to work on schedule
Strong work ethic and natural team player — you value reliability and pitch in without being asked

Schedule
Monday through Saturday, with Saturday availability strongly preferred.
You’ll have Sunday and one weekday off each week.
