Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Revenue Cycle Support Clerk to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a vital role in overseeing the revenue cycle team, with a strong emphasis on insurance verification and eligibility, as well as new patient processing. The successful candidate will oversee operators, provide hands-on training, and ensure smooth workflows across insurance and new patient processing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the revenue cycle team, providing guidance on insurance verification and eligibility processes.
Oversee new patient processing, including onboarding and insurance verification for all new patients.
Supervise and train the insurance and operators team, ensuring thorough understanding and efficient operation of processes.
Monitor day-to-day operations to optimize revenue cycle efficiency and ensure adherence to established policies.
Act as a liaison between operators and the revenue cycle team to streamline workflows and enhance service quality.
Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices within the revenue cycle.
Qualifications:
Experience in revenue cycle support, insurance verification, or related field.
Strong knowledge of insurance verification and eligibility procedures.
Proven leadership abilities, with experience overseeing teams.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to train and develop others.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
