DENTAL TECHNICIAN

We are a dental startup (going on 4 successful years) that originated in San Francisco, and
as of March 2023, we have permanently relocated to Las Vegas, NV. Our company is
committed to revolutionizing the dental industry by providing affordable custom night
guards.
Our work environment is dynamic and energetic. Like a typical San Francisco tech startup,
our office always has free snacks and coffee.
Team members will be hired as 1099 and considered to be converted to W-2 with benefits
and PTO starting January.

About the Dental Technician role:
You will receive training and knowledge to work on the following projects:
- pouring up plaster models
- trimming models
- prepping models of teeth, defining gum lines
- thermoforming
- cutting and polishing the final product
SHIFTS AVAILABLE - IN PERSON ONLY
$17-$19.75 hourly
AVAILABLE WORKING SHIFT HOURS:
2nd SHIFT
Mon-Fri
4:00pm-12:30am
NOTE: If selected, please be prepared to come in for a 2 hour paid working interview this week and if all goes well, we will have you come in Saturday, 1/20/24, 9am-6pm

Pay starts at $17 hr and increases based on clear performance metrics (meeting baseline
goals, accuracy, and attendance). More than 50% of new hires are able to reach the second
level and increase their compensation within their first month. Headphones/music welcomed
after you achieve the second level.
