We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll/ Human Resources Manager to join our team. This position will process weekly payroll, oversee health insurance, process workman's comp claims, and be involved with our company safety program.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the weekly payroll including data entry, reports, and processing deposits for 100+ employees
Offer and oversee health insurance for all employees
Process and track workman's comp insurance claims
Generate and analyze payroll reports
Resolve employee / HR issues with employees
Utilize One Drive applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) to manage and organize employee records.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in human resources management within the construction or related industry.
Strong communication skills English & Spanish a +
Proficiency in using QuickBooks or other construction accounting software
Experience with One Drive applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) for document management and collaboration.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in a construction safety role a +
