We are a Las Vegas pool maintenance company looking for experienced pool technicians to service/clean/maintain pools on a daily basis, full time M-F. Experience with pools is preferred but not required since we will train you. However, you must like working outside especially during the summer when temperatures can reach 110+ degrees. We pay per pool and on average technicians make around $20 per hour, experienced technicians make around $25 per hour. Currently this route is around 50-60 pools per week so you will be making between $800-1,000 per week.
You must exhibit the following qualities and skills:
- Have a reliable vehicle. Preferably a truck. If your vehicle tends to break down all the time, this will not be a good position for you.
- Keep commitments and show up on time every time
- Be able to connect with people quickly and explain things clearly
- Be accountable and get the job done properly
- Be able to learn basic pool chemistry, plumbing, and electronics
- Be able to work independently without being supervised
- Be physically healthy
This position is for full time only and you'll be working typically from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. If you can't commit to this work schedule, please do not apply. This position is 1099.
