We hire experienced professional technicians all year long but hold a training for new techs only once a year. This is a tremendous opportunity for someone looking to enter the high-paying field of heating and cooling. If you are looking to make a career change, in about 2 months you could be earning what you are really worth.
Some of the new techs that attend our training have been to AC trade school but most have not. In our experience, the success rates are the same.
Some companies that hire new techs require them to have gone to tech school. That cost them $12,000 to $18,000. Then they put them to work as a helper. Maybe in 2 or 3 years, you are ready to take the lead. That is not how we do it.
